What’s different about Esox Engineering? Sure, we’re all about the product idea, but our mission is greater. We’re changing the level of excellence that our clients can expect to augment their teams. We’ll bring you leaders, collaborators, and exceptional technical aptitude; our Evolution of consulting.
Esox is much more than a start-up, and is greater than the sum of it’s parts. It is a collaboration of successful professionals evolving together to better support their customers.
This process began in 2004 when Mike was working for a local design firm and hired Ben as an engineer to join his product development team. Mike and Ben each left their jobs in 2006 and 2008 to establish their own, separate consulting firms.
While running their firms, the pair still found opportunities to share ideas. By 2016 they found themselves regularly collaborating on projects and found a mutual interest in teaching product development skills to the young professionals. During the same time, both were experiencing an increased demand for their consulting services.
The shared passion for mentoring, combined with the demand from their customers, developed into the core principles of Esox Evolution. With so much history pointing to a natural partnership, Mike and Ben decided to start laying the ground work for their combined venture of Esox Engineering, LLC.
This venture became a reality in 2020 with a fully outfitted office space in Grand Haven, MI. Esox is growing and ready to provide clients with a full array of product development consulting services.
